Can you explain one thing? There is a lot of noise about cows contributing to the greenhouse gas in the atmosphere; they do fart, I guess. The greenhouse gas is coming from the grass they are eating, and grass gets it from CO2 from the atmosphere, so it should be fine—carbon neutral.
